What UnitDeck Provides
UnitDeck is a portfolio tool for property agents to organize units, upload media, and share a private browsing link with buyers.
Agent Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for keeping their listings accurate, current, authorized, and lawful. Agents must not upload misleading listings, fake units, unauthorized media, private owner information in buyer-facing text, or payment/deposit requests that could mislead buyers.
Verification and Review
UnitDeck may review agent profiles, verification proof, buyer-visible listings, reports, and uploaded content. UnitDeck may reject, flag, hide, or remove content that appears risky, misleading, abusive, or unsuitable for buyers.
Subscriptions
UnitDeck plans are intended to start with a 30-day free trial with card binding, then continue on the selected monthly, 3-month, or yearly plan unless canceled. Final billing terms will apply after Stripe is connected in production.
Availability
UnitDeck may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Temporary demo links and local testing links are not production services.
